Happy 2019! January Happenings at the Studio

Happy New Year everyone! As I reflect on both the blessings and lessons of this past year I wanted to take a moment and express my deep gratitude for your support. Without all of you it’s just me-sitting here surrounded by shiny rocks sipping my tea muttering to myself about the latest energy shifts, flowers, herbs, crystals, natural healing, and the moon! I feel so blessed to have connected with like minded beautiful souls like you. I’ve been secretly working on some wonderful changes for the studio for this coming year and excited to add some new modalities and offerings. My goal at the end of the day is to support you and your holistic health needs where ever you are on your healing journey and I hope provide a little inspiration along the way. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2019! 💜

Here are some currently scheduled events see website for more details and to register:

  • January 6th Aromatherapy Workshop~Muscle & Joint Blend
  • January 20th Journey into Crystals Class
  • January 20th Super Blood Wolf Moon Total Lunar Eclipse! Crystal Meditation
  • January 27th & February 3rd Reiki Level I Group Class

I am also excited to share with you one of the studies I have been immersed in over the past few months, iridology! According to Dr. Bernard Jensen,

“Iridology is the science and practice of analyzing the iris, the most complex tissue structure in the human anatomy. Iridology reveals the presence of tissue inflammation in the body, where it is located and what stage it has reached – acute, subacute, chronic or degenerative. The iris reveals the level of constitutional strength, inherent weaknesses, state of health and the transitions that take place in a person’s organs and tissues according to the way they live.”

This new insight will help me to fine tune holistic protocols for my clients. I’m beginning to incorporate various parts of iris analysis into my holistic health consultations as well as provide for current clients during extended visits added on to their scheduled appointments.

A few January tips for the mind, body, and spirit:

  • honor the natural cycle of nature, slow down, rest, curl up with a good book. Schedule an Integrative Massage, Reiki session, or far infrared sauna session to relax and rejuvenate.
  • nourish your body with whole foods, soups, stews, and herbal teas
  • support your immune system-I have a wonderful assortment of herbal tea blends, elderberry tinctures, and other immune supporting herbs like echinacea available here at the studio for my clients.
  • diffuse uplifting essential oils like bergamot, orange, ylang ylang to name a few to get you through the dark days of winter. Many blends are available here at the studio as well as custom blending.
  • There are many herbs, crystals, flower essences, and nutritional supplements, as well as modalities that can help support a healthy mood during winter for those of us who get a little cranky without the sunshine! Contact me to schedule a consultation to see what would work best for you!

Here’s to an exciting New Year!
