This year our meditation will fall on the day after the official solstice.

Let us pause as the path of the sun reverses to celebrate the Winter Solstice which marks a turning point – the rebirth of light!

This is the perfect time to let go, make space for the new light to come, and go within and reflect. Allow yourself to slow down, tune in with your body, rest, and recharge with guided relaxation, sound healing music, and Reiki. A special set of three crystals are included.

Please bring a blanket and pillow if needed for comfort. Registration is required at the link below. Parking is on the street or in the paid parking lot across the street. (Free to park on a Sunday) Please do not park in the lots on the sides or back of the building, those belong to other businesses. Look forward to seeing you!
