This is a relaxing meditation that will combine crystals and sound healing music, Reiki is shared with you during the meditation. A set of crystals are included in the class price. Please bring your own mat and blanket.

Registration is required. Class price of $15 is due at registration and is non-refundable. If you can’t make the class and cancel with at least 24 hours notice prior to the start you can use the credit towards another class within one year. There are no credits for last minute call offs or no-shows.
