Rose quartz is known as the ‘love stone’ as the message it emits is the strong vibration of unconditional love, joy, warmth and healing. It helps to kindle happiness, love, peace and calming energy as well as release sadness, heartache, anger & stress.  Rose quartz crystals will be placed on the body as you meditate to sound healing music. Reiki will be shared during the meditation and a heart opening rose petal herbal tea will be served. A rose quartz crystal set is included in the class price of $20.
