A set of specially chosen crystals is included in the class price. Reiki is shared during the meditation. Registration is required online.

Class is held on the ground level however if needed bathrooms are on the 2nd floor up steps. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket. Chairs are available if needed. (Please let me know if you need a chair prior).

Parking is street parking or the paid parking lot across the street from the studio. Please do not park in the lots on the sides or back of the building as they belong to other businesses.
