Full Moon Crystal Meditation-Guided Relaxation with Reiki

$15***This event is now full, thank you***$15 crystals included~Online registration is required and space is limited, please use the link in the event to reserve your spot. Join us for a relaxing meditation to clear and balance the mind-body-spirit! Meditations are now back on the 2nd Floor.
The experience incorporates crystals, sound healing music, and Reiki shared during the meditation. A crystal set is included in the price of the class.
Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort if needed, I have mats unless you prefer to bring your own. If you need a chair instead please let me know at registration so I can be prepared.
It’s ok if you are not good at meditation or new to it, just be open and allow yourself the time to just be and relax. This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits that vibrational medicine techniques can offer including energy clearing and balancing as well as stress and pain relief.
Parking information: The shopping center parking lot across the street from the studio is free to park on a Sunday! Street parking may be limited due to the farmers market out front on a Sunday. Parking is also available on the side streets (6th is closed on a Sunday), or on Franklin Street. Please do not park in the lots on the sides or back of the building, they belong to other businesses.
