West Reading’s annual Fall Fest is on Saturday 9/16, a huge street fair with music, vendors, and food. The boutique will only be open from 11-1 this day and will be offering 15% off most items in the shop during this time! Penn Ave will be closed off for this event so parking would be on the side streets or in the Vanity Fair or McDonald’s parking lots. They usually have parking around Tower Health as well.
