Did you know the healing art of Reiki can be sent from a distance to you from the comfort of wherever you are in this world? Sessions are scheduled and performed as if you were coming right here to my session room.

Distance Reiki is a technique within the Reiki system that enables the ability to give or receive a Reiki session beyond the limitations of time and space. In other words, it’s a way to offer Reiki without the recipient being in the same physical location as the practitioner.

Sessions can be conducted by phone or virtually using Zoom. To get the most out of your distance session, you can create a peaceful, sacred space for yourself. Use candles, soft lights, music, flowers, crystals, incense, and whatever helps you get in the right frame of mind to be in a state of oneness and feel relaxed and receptive to receive the healing energy. Some like to recline in a chair, lie on a yoga mat, or rest in their bed during sessions. Integrative Energy Work sessions, which include an angel guidance reading, are also available.
