I’m happy to share that starting in August 2025, all of my massage therapy/bodywork, Reiki and energywork services will be held at the Bell Tower in Wyomissing. My intent has always been to create a nurturing and rejuvenating self-care experience just for you, and in addition to the lovely and comfortable environment, there is also ample parking there as well as first-floor session rooms if needed! Integrative Bodywork~ A full session concentrated on bodywork, the art of working through the physical tissues of the body to promote health and wellness. Working with the body’s muscles, fascia, nerves, and pressure points, these therapies can relieve physical patterns of pain, free the body’s flow of energy, improve function, enhance circulation, promote tissue repair, and facilitate relaxation. Customized to your needs, this service combines various techniques I have been trained in. My bodywork services provide a deep focus on parasympathetic nervous system relaxation. I work in a specialized way that concentrates on using myofascial bodywork techniques to allow the body to feel safe and release tension without force or heavy pressure.

Sarga Bodywork™ SARGA BODYWORK is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial bodywork techniques. This fabric strap is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods.

Integrative Energy Work 1 Hour Session $100~This signature service is a combination of vibrational energy healing techniques, including crystal healing, sound healing, Reiki, and intuitive guidance. These techniques can release stuck energy, clear and balance your energy system, and bring about greater well-being. The guidance given after the session includes the use of oracle angel cards, which help you to recognize any unhealthy patterns and help you to move forward in achieving your goals.
Holistic Wellness Consulting and Coaching/Individualized guidance- Sessions include personalized guidance for your individual needs, including herbal, aromatherapeutic, holistic nutrition, and holistic lifestyle. Customized preparations may be available and/or recommendations made through the FullScript practitioner dispensary. Sessions are virtual, or I can travel to you at a comfortable local setting. Distance Reiki~ 30min-$60, 45min $75, 60 min $90, Did you know the wonderful healing art of Reiki can be given from a distance to you from the comfort of wherever you are in this world? Distance Reiki, Intuitive Energy Work Sessions, and Intuitive Guidance Readings are available through phone or Zoom. Call to schedule your virtual session payment is due when scheduling your session.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Session times are reserved exclusively for you. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and practitioners, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you have a card on file, it will be charged; if not, the amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. If you have pre-paid, it cannot be applied to another appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” The card on file will be charged for the missed appointment, or if pre-paid applied to the missed appointment. Future appointments must be prepaid.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Returned Check Fee- A fee of up to $35 will be charged for any returned check.
