Rose quartz is known as the ‘love stone’ as the message it emits is the strong vibration of unconditional love, joy, warmth and healing. It helps to kindle happiness, love, peace and calming energy as well as release sadness, heartache, anger & stress.

Rose quartz crystals will be placed on the body as you relax to sound healing music. Reiki will be shared during the meditation. A rose quartz crystal set which includes a rose quartz heart is included in the class price of $20. This meditation is held on a second floor studio with steps. You will be laying on yoga mats on the floor which are provided. Parking is free in the West Reading Shopping Center lot across the street on a Sunday or free street parking.
