Learn the gentle healing art of Reiki. This is a Usui Reiki Level I (First Degree) class.  Level I includes an overview of the traditional and modern history of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, hand placements for self-care and others, strengthening meditation, Japanese Reiki techniques, self and group practice, and more.

This class emphasizes the value of self-treatment as the core of the practice and encourages the treatment of family and friends while promoting a life-long practice through which the depth of the gifts of healing and growth are manifested.
This beginning class gives you everything needed to grow and develop this beautiful gift.

**Other than the 30-minute lunch break we do not take many breaks so depending on the class size we may finish class earlier than listed**.

Wear comfortable clothing and pack lunch, snacks, and drinks. There are also places to eat within walking distance if you want to eat out during the lunch break.

Parking is street parking or in the paid shopping center lot across the street. (free on a Sunday) Class is located on the 2nd Floor. Please do not park in the lots on the side or back of building, they belong to other businesses.
