Level I (First Degree) The gentle art of Reiki draws on universal life energy to benefit people of any age and in any state of health. In this degree you are connected to the source of healing Reiki energy which has the ability to gently and powerfully promote balance among all the body’s systems and the regenerative processes of body and mind.

This level will help to bring about your own self development and bring harmony and healing into your life. Level I includes an overview of the history of Reiki, the hand placements, meditation, and self and group practice. You will also be introduced to the chakra system.
