Come join Michelle for a beautiful sound bath meditation. Michelle will use a variety of sound instruments, including but not limited to, a healing bowl, drum, tuning forks and other assorted sound instruments. Michelle will guide you into a peaceful state to enjoy the sound vibration. You will set your intention in the beginning and let the healing begin. You will be gifted a healing Pouch with herbs and crystals.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Please let me know if you require a chair instead. Class is held on the ground level of the building but bathrooms if needed are on the 2nd Floor up steps. Contact the studio with any questions prior to registering.

Parking is street parking or in the paid lot across the street. Please do not park in the lots in the back or sides of building, they belong to another business.
