Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow if needed for comfort (the room gets chilly in the winter dress cozy) Registration is required at the link below. A card on file is required to book this class but payment will not be taken until the night of the event. You can pay using the card on file that day or another way.

Parking is on the street or in the paid parking lot across the street.(Free on a Sunday) Please do not park in the lots on the sides or back of building, those belong to other businesses. Look forward to seeing you!
