Join us for a special Mother’s Day Rose Quartz Crystal Meditation. Rose quartz is known as the ‘love stone’ as the message it emits is the strong vibration of unconditional love, joy, warmth and healing. It helps to kindle happiness, love, peace and calming energy as well as release sadness, heartache, anger & stress. Crystals and shared Reiki Included in the class price.

For the meditation you lay on the floor on yoga mats, please bring your own mat. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit, please let me know prior to class if you need a chair. The class is held on the first floor however if needed bathrooms are on an upper level with steps. Contact me with any questions before registering. Payment is due at time of registration and is non-refundable. If you can’t make it you can use the credit towards another class or service only within one year. No credits are given if you are a no-show or cancel without 24 hour notice.  Parking is free on Sunday in the West Reading Shopping Center lot across the street or free street parking
