Diffusion is a method that uses a device to disperse essential oils into the air and one of the easiest and most popular ways to reap the many benefits of essential oils which include relaxation, increased focus, and healthier air quality.

In this workshop we will learn some basic ways to use a diffuser and essential oils.  Things discussed in class will include how to use and clean your diffuser, uses of the essential oils included in class, and basic essential oil safety and storage.
