Join us for a relaxing and healing meditation that incorporates crystals and sound healing music to facilitate release of what no longer serves you.  Reiki is shared during the meditation.  A crystal set is included in the price of the class.  Bring a yoga mat.  Registration must be completed at the link below by 5/15.
