Time spent in the stillness of this experience can help remove energy blockages, offer clarity and peace, and provide a much-needed reset for the month ahead.

The meditation is held in the 3rd-floor session room, which has steps.

A set of crystals is included in the class price of $15. You can bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort; mats are provided, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

Please do not reserve a spot and be a no-show; spaces are limited, and this takes away an opportunity for someone else to attend.

Parking is on the street or in the shopping center lot across the street (free to park on a Sunday). There is a farmer’s market that happens along the street on Sunday from 10-1.
