Join us for a relaxing meditation to clear and balance the mind-body-spirit! The experience incorporates crystals, soothing music, and Reiki shared during the meditation.

The timing of this event will allow us to tap into the energy of the upcoming full moon to release the things that no longer serve our highest good. Crystals selected intuitively will be included, reflecting the energy of this transformative time.

Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort if needed; I have mats unless you prefer to bring your own. If you prefer a chair, please let me know at registration so I can be prepared. It’s ok if you are not good at meditation or new to it, just be open and allow yourself the time just to be and relax.

Parking is on the street or in the paid parking lot across the street $1 per hour, use the parkmobile app or pay at the kiosk on the sidewalk (Free to park on Sundays). Please do not park in the lots on the sides or back of the building, as those belong to other businesses.

Please do not book a space and be a no-show; spaces are limited, and no-shows prevent someone who could benefit from the class an opportunity to attend.
