Please don’t be a no-show. Time slots are limited and there is a usually a waitlist. Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing\, visualization and progressive muscle relaxation are used and can help to activate a deep relaxation response. DESCRIPTION:Each month around the time of the full moon we have an opportunity to harness the energy it lends us to let go of old or negative energy patterns and things that no longer serve us. These things are always a process and this relaxing and insightful session will help you to clear your energy and provide helpful guidance from your angels. This 30 minute session will help to clear and balance your mind\, body\, and spirit with energy work that includes Reiki\, crystals\, aromatherapy\, and sound healing techniques. Your session will also include an insightful Angel Card Reading to show you what aspects in your life to let go of and where to focus your energy going into the next month. The energy work portion of this session is aprox 15 minutes and the reading 15 minutes. \nCost of session $50. There are limited time slots available for this. SUMMARY:The Art of Brewing Tea Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a peaceful\, relaxing and informative workshop honoring the way of tea. It’s more than just a cup of tea\, it’s a deepened connection with nature and a place to find harmony and peace within the mind\, body\, and spirit. \nIn the time we spend together during this workshop we learn how to brew a proper cup of tea after learning a bit of history and tradition. \nThis workshop includes a small cast iron personal tea pot\, a tea cup\, and a variety of teas. Space is limited\, registration is required. $60 workshop fee will be due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If you are not able to make the workshop and cancel with 24 hours notice before class you will be able to use your credit at the studio towards a service or class within one year.
