A crystal set is included in the class price. Please bring your own yoga mat and pillow and blanket for comfort. Please use online booking to reserve your spot. Payment can be made using the card on file or another way at check in time. \nWe begin with a short pre-talk about the current energy around this moon as well as the crystals included in your pouches. You will then lay down on your mat and be guided into a relaxed state where you can just rest and absorb the healing sounds and good energy. Chairs are available if you are not able to lay on the floor\, please let me know before class if you require a chair. (It’s ok if you are not good at meditation or new to it\, just be open and allow yourself the time to just be and relax). This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits that vibrational medicine techniques can offer including energy clearing and balancing as well as stress and pain relief. \nThe event is located on the ground level around back at the boutique. This is an Usui Reiki Level I (First Degree) class.  In this degree you are connected to the source of healing Reiki energy which has the ability to gently and powerfully promote balance among all the body’s systems and the regenerative processes of body and mind. This level will help to bring about your own self development and bring harmony and healing into your life. Level I includes an overview of the history of Reiki\, the hand placements\, meditation\, and self and group practice. \n\nThis class emphasizes the value of self-treatment as the core of the practice and encourages the treatment of family and friends\, while promoting a life-long practice through which the depth of the gifts of healing and growth are manifested.\n\n\nThis beginning class gives you everything needed to grow and develop this beautiful gift.\n\n\nRegistration is required with a non-refundable deposit of $25. If you cannot attend and cancel with at least 24 hours notice your deposit can be used for another class or service at the studio within one year.  Balance is due at the beginning of class. Wear comfortable clothing and pack lunch\, snacks\, drinks. There is also places to eat along the Avenue within walking distance if you prefer to eat out during the lunch break.
