DESCRIPTION:This class is full-another will be added soon. \nThe healing art of Taoist Yoga is based on WuXing\, the Chinese five alchemical elements of Earth\, Metal\, Water\, Wood & Fire as they are transmuted into Qi (vital life force energy) within the body by moving and static postures to create well being and balance within the body\, mind & spirit. \nTaoist yoga also combines Indian and Chinese traditions and is generally considered to be a hybrid of the two systems. It is said to be appropriate for all people\, regardless of their fitness\, age or body type. \nDuring class I guide you through a gentle flow of moving and static postures\, incorporating the controlled inhalation and exhalation of the breath to circulate and build chi without over stretching the muscles and tendons. This is a deeply healing practice which will develop strength and flexibility in the mind\, body\, and spirit. \nRegistration is required-non refundable but can be used towards another class if cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before class.

DESCRIPTION:This is a two day class 10/27/19 & 11/3/19\, 9:30-12:30\, you must attend both days. Register by 10/25/19\, a few spaces still remain. \nLevel II (2nd Degree) In this degree there is an expanded opening of the energy channels. The student will receive the Reiki symbols which will allow them to connect to the universal energy in a deeper way and one is taught how to send the healing energy of Reiki over a distance\, as well as to other points in time. \nOther advanced techniques are introduced and we will also learn ethical and business related information for the Reiki practitioner. If you have not gone through Level I training with me I do require a copy of your Level I certificate before registration. These actions make it an effective choice to use for an infused massage oil and a perfect addition to your holistic first aid kit. Calendula has been used topically for muscle soreness and many types of skin problems. The oil has the ability to soften and smooth the skin and scar tissue and is very well tolerated by those with sensitive skin. \nMake and take! All supplies included. We will be making an infused oil and a salve from calendula flowers. \nThis class is a mixture of lecture and hands on training. The student will receive the Reiki symbols which will allow them to connect to the universal energy in a deeper way and one is taught how to send the healing energy of Reiki over a distance\, as well as to other points in time.  Other advanced techniques are taught that can facilitate deep emotional healing. In this level we will also learn more practitioner and business related information. If you have not gone through Level I training with me I do require a copy of your Level I certificate before registration. Previous Reiki training must have been in person\, online courses are not accepted.
