Michelle will guide you into a peaceful state to enjoy the sound vibration. You will set your intention in the beginning and let the healing begin. You will be gifted an intuitively crafted healing Pouch with herbs and crystals. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Please let me know if you require a chair instead. \n
