DESCRIPTION:A Crystal Experience Workshop is a new class offered in 2022. It’s a unique and complete crystal workshop that explores how you can work with crystals for self healing and personal growth. Discover how you respond to particular crystals and what the crystals have to offer you. Included in this workshop is a complete workbook and journal full of colored crystal pictures and information ($20 value) with audio links to download meditations online. The book includes everything you need to know about beginning to work with crystals as well as overviews of chakras and the energy system and we touch on most parts of it in this class.  A set of crystals is also included and we experience a guided meditation practice with crystals. In addition\, this class explains how to store and care for your crystals by cleaning\, clearing and charging them to amplify their healing abilities. \nFor this workshop we will be sitting on the floor on yoga mats. Please bring a yoga mat\, pillow\, and blanket. \nRegistration is required for classes and a non-refundable deposit of $25 is collected during registration. DESCRIPTION:In preparation of the full moon on 3/18 we will be holding the full moon meditation a few days early this time. When the moon is full it has completed its cycle\, representing endings\, closure and transformation and a time to release anything in ourselves and our lives we wish to move on from. Join us for a relaxing meditation that incorporates crystals\, sound healing music and Reiki shared during the meditation. A crystal set is included in the price of the class. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. \nRegistration is required at the link below. Payment is required during registration to hold your space and is non-refundable but can be applied to another class within one year as long as you cancel with 24 hours notice before class. \nThis class will be held on the first floor of the studio\, restrooms if needed are located in the second floor studio area with steps. If you have any questions about this class please contact me prior to registering. \nParking is street parking or park free in the West Reading Shopping Center lot on a Sunday.

DESCRIPTION:It’s no surprise that people report feeling happiest on the weekends and Mondays are associated with the blues\, but according to some surveys Tuesdays actually have the lowest percentage of happiness for any day of the week. Join us for Train Wreck Tuesday where we can bring our wreckage together and leave on the peace train! This is a relaxing meditation that will combine crystals and sound healing music\, Reiki is shared with you during the meditation. A set of crystals are included in the class price. Please bring your own mat and blanket. \nRegistration is required. Class price of $15 is due at registration and is non-refundable. If you can’t make the class and cancel with at least 24 hours notice prior to the start you can use the credit towards another class within one year. There are no credits for last minute call offs or no-shows.
