DESCRIPTION:I warmly invite you to join this group healing session featuring the gentle healing energy of Reiki. This session is a chance to come together in a safe and nurturing space. Reiki offers a beautiful way to promote relaxation\, restore balance\, and support our healing journeys. \nWhat to expect: \nIf you have ever attended one of our crystal meditations here at the studio\, you will find this very similar. Once you arrive at the studio\, you will check in and can wander the boutique or relax in the meditation room till everyone arrives. During the session\, you will be lying down on a yoga mat\, which is provided\, or you can bring your own.  I encourage you to bring a pillow and blanket for comfort. Once everyone is comfortable\, I will guide you into a relaxed state using gentle breathing techniques. Gentle meditative music will be played\, and I will come around and offer individual Reiki to each person. The time spent lying down in meditative stillness is about 30 minutes. \nPlease note that check-in is in the 2nd floor boutique area\, and the meditation is held on the 3rd floor; there are steps. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for this event\, as I use that time for preparation\, and the door may not be open yet. \nRegistration is required at the link for this event. SUMMARY:Reiki Level II Group Class
DESCRIPTION:Level II (2nd Degree) In this degree there is an expanded opening of the energy channels. The student will receive the Reiki symbols which will allow them to connect to the universal energy in a deeper way and one is taught how to send the healing energy of Reiki over a distance\, as well as to other points in time.  Other advanced techniques are taught that can facilitate deep emotional healing. In this level we will also expand upon practitioner and business related information\, ethics\, insurance\, etc.  If you have not gone through Level I training with me I do require a copy of your Usui Level I certificate before registration.  \nRegistration is required with a non-refundable deposit of $50. If you cannot attend and cancel with at least 24 hours notice your deposit can be used for another class or service at the studio within one year. Please see studio cancellation policy for more information.  Balance is due at the beginning of class during check in. \nThis is a one day hands on in person class. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxing and informative workshop honoring the way of tea. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxing experience incorporating crystals\, Reiki\, and sound healing music to harness the energy of the full moon and to set intentions to let go of what no longer serves you. A crystal set is included in the class price. Please bring your own yoga mat and pillow and blanket for comfort. (The floor gets chilly in the winter\, dress cozy). Please use online booking to reserve your spot. A card on file is required to hold your spot but it will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment can be made using the card on file or another way at check in time. \nWe begin with a short pre-talk about the current energy around this moon as well as the crystals included in your pouches. You will then lay down on your mat and be guided into a relaxed state where you can just rest and absorb the healing sounds and good energy. Chairs are available if you are not able to lay on the floor\, please let me know before class if you require a chair. (It’s ok if you are not good at meditation or new to it\, just be open and allow yourself the time to just be and relax). This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits that vibrational medicine techniques can offer including energy clearing and balancing as well as stress and pain relief. \nThe event is located on the ground level around back at the boutique. DESCRIPTION:A Crystal Experience Workshop is a new class offered in 2022. It’s a unique and complete crystal workshop that explores how you can work with crystals for self healing and personal growth. Discover how you respond to particular crystals and what the crystals have to offer you. Included in this workshop is a complete workbook and journal full of colored crystal pictures and information ($20 value) with audio links to download meditations online. The book includes everything you need to know about beginning to work with crystals as well as overviews of chakras and the energy system and we touch on most parts of it in this class.  A set of crystals is also included and we experience a guided meditation practice with crystals. In addition\, this class explains how to store and care for your crystals by cleaning\, clearing and charging them to amplify their healing abilities. \nFor this workshop we will be sitting on the floor on yoga mats. Please bring a yoga mat\, pillow\, and blanket. \nRegistration is required for classes and a non-refundable deposit of $25 is collected during registration. This deposit is non-refundable but if you can’t make it to class and cancel with at least 24 hours notice prior to class you can use the credit towards another class within one year. DESCRIPTION:Registration is required\, register by 2/9/20. $50 non-refundable deposit required at registration. This is a one day in person class with additional online learning information that will follow during the week after class. Please bring a bagged lunch and dress comfortably. \nLevel II (2nd Degree) In this degree there is an expanded opening of the energy channels. The student will receive the Reiki symbols which will allow them to connect to the universal energy in a deeper way and one is taught how to send the healing energy of Reiki over a distance\, as well as to other points in time.  Other advanced techniques are taught that can facilitate deep emotional healing. In this level we will also learn more practitioner and business related information. If you have not gone through Level I training with me I do require a copy of your Usui Level I certificate before registration. Previous Reiki training must have been in person\, online courses are not accepted. \nStreet parking or park free in the West Reading Shopping Center lot on a Sunday. DESCRIPTION:This is a 2 day class Sunday 4/14/19\, 10:00-2:00 and Sunday 4/28/19\, 10am-12:30pm\, you must attend both days. Class is held 2 weeks apart to allow time in between for home/self work and to practice applying the beginning teachings to your everyday life and also includes additional virtual guidance during that time if needed. $42 non-refundable deposit due at registration\, remainder due beginning of the first class. 6 CEU’s for LMTs.Day 2 of class focuses on any questions that arise through your week of self care and also includes group hands on instruction and practice. \nLevel I (First Degree) The gentle art of Reiki draws on universal life energy to benefit people of any age and in any state of health. Whether at home\, clinic or hospital\, Reiki adapts easily to any situation. We may not always be conscious of it\, but Crystal Therapy is part of our everyday life. Many people wear precious\, semi-precious stones and different minerals not only as jewelry but for their healing benefits as well.  Crystal healing is a powerful\, yet gentle therapy that works on all levels of the body\, mind and spirit. Crystals have the potential to help all of us in a specialized way. You’ll discover how they can draw in and radiate healing energy specific to each area of the body\, mind\, and spirit. \nThis is a Crystal Therapy beginner class for those that are new to crystals or would like to further their knowledge in the use of crystals. Class time is 3 1/2 hours.  In this class we will explore how crystals synchronize with the seven major chakras for healing and clearing of energy fields.  A set of chakra stones and a pendulum will be included in the price of the class.  We will focus on the healing properties of the stones given in the class and different ways to use them. \nIn addition\, this class explains how to store and care for your crystals by cleaning\, clearing and charging them to amplify their healing abilities. We’ll also focus on some of the ways crystals and other stones are used in healing methods\, enhancing meditation\, and promoting spiritual development. You will also experience a crystal therapy session and meditation to clear and balance your energy system. \nThis class will give you a deeper understanding in one of Mother Nature’s wonderful and natural therapies\, and you’ll soon find yourself pleasantly involved in crystal energy as part of your daily life.\n\nFor this class we will be working on yoga mats please wear comfortable clothing.\n\nIf you are a Licensed Massage Therapist\, 3 CEU’s will be awarded for this class.
